At Workboots 4 U, we stand by the quality of our footwear and offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to making your exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots back in their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
